You are anonymously on the platform. Further data can only be seen, if you decide to press "SHOOT" for a certain position and if chosen club also presses "SHOOT" for your profile. Both sides will only then be able to see each others names and further details.

No. 11transFAIR is only there to match and connect players and clubs. If you have an agent and want him to negotiate your contract it is no problem to do so.

You should try to fill out your profile and expectations as detailed and correct as possible in the beginning. In case your expectatiions change you can adjust your profile after 14 days.

No. Clubs will also define a salary range that they might pay for a new player. Both parties can only see if the salary range from player and club have an overlap and fit to each other, but noone can see the concrete numbers you have listed on 11transFAIR.
