To ensure that you are fully informed about the collection and processing of personal data in our company, and at the same time can make optimal use of our offer, please take note of the following information and agree to it.

Information about data processing within the scope of the entire service of the application (app) "11TransFAIR".
11 Transfair GmbH is responsible for this statement and the processing of personal data.
1. Purposes of data processing.
We process your personal data to fulfill our offer to you, i.e. our contractual obligations to our users. Data processing is a prerequisite to be able to propose suitable contacts (clubs, players) to you as a match, and to be able to pass on relevant information to make your career or your player search as effective as possible with the highest level of discretion.
2. Information that is actively shared by you.
Data that we receive directly from you when you enter it into our system, information that you publish or send on 11TransFAIR: e.g., and in particular profile data such as search criteria, names, wishes and player characteristics and login data such as username and password.
You have the option to add: messages, contributions, event participation, payment data.
3. Information that is collected automatically
By using 11TransFAIR and entering your name and/or your club, public data from you is automatically collected via an API (application programming interface) or through tracking. Here, you can find out how this is done to create a secure and reliable matching in your interest. We thereby ensure security, the offering of our service, performance measurement, and the optimization of performance data and statistical values.
4. We record information obtained from other sources.
To optimize our service, we also process data from you that we did not collect from you directly. This is often done from publicly accessible data channels. This could also be the case, for example, when a user sends us the information or when we collect it from other sources such as an API (application programming interface). An API is able to transmit current statistics (e.g. playing times, goals, clean sheets.) of players, and is also used with live score apps. You can then see the essentials of this data in the app under your profile.
5. We share data
With other companies or organisations we share app information like diagnose data, crash logs and others
We track device-id or other personal identifiers
We might use on-tracking technologies to measure and optimize advertising or in the context of competitions for example. We might count number of clicked sites or links.
6. Your anonymity - who receives data about you or your club and when?
In order for you to be able to create a profile on 11TransFAIR, we need your name, your (last) club as well as a direct personel email address and telephone number. If further data about you as a player cannot be automatically extracted from a database, you also have to enter your position and age.
Further data such as salary requirements (minimum salary expectation) as a player or salary range as a club as well as special characteristics as a player or special performance expectations as a club, and expectations regarding the place of deployment and level will be provided by you. We will only share your personal data with third parties if you explicitly request this and if the other party (third party) is also willing to release their data to you. This is determined by both parties on their own responsibility by pressing "Shoot".
This is necessary for the fulfillment of our business purposes, the contact mediation of matching, searching players, and searching clubs.
In order for you as a player to be able to make direct contact with clubs via "Shoot", we have to verify the authenticity of your person. This is done through an "ID check" with your identity card. This way we also make sure that no third party is impersonating YOU. We do not give special ID data to third parties, not even in the event of a match.
Apart from that, we only pass on data if we are legally, judicially or officially obliged to do so.
7. Your rights
You have a right to object as well as a right to information about the data collection on 11transFAIR. Simply write to:

You have the right to have your data deleted. You can also delete your data yourself directly via the APP function.
